Frequently Asked Questions: Why do we do it the way we do?

Do you travel?
We do!
We charge a travel fee of $0.725/mile over 30 miles from our business address. This applies round trip. If your event requires an overnight stay, a hotel must be booked with our approval, or we will add the cost of the overnight stay to the contract price once pricing is discussed.
Do you book multiple events in a weekend?
No!
We only book ONE wedding or event per weekend so you can have our undivided attention. Whether we are coordinating the entire event or just providing a single service, such as florals, we will be serving only you for that time. We value you as our client and want you to get our very best the entire time.
Can I use my own decor?
Absolutely!
We ask for a detailed, organized, itemized list of what you want to use. Everything must be labeled prior to venue drop off. Please do not bring additional items we won't be using for your event. This helps decrease the set up time, as well as makes clean up much more smooth at the end of the night when we are packing your things back up.
We do ask that you double and triple check decor that you are borrowing from a friend to make sure everything is clean and exactly what you need prior to the day of your event.
Can you help me find my venue?
Definitely!
We would love to be along side you from the very beginning! We have a list of vendors we love, but you're not limited to choose solely from that. Whether you need help finding all your vendors, or just a few, we've got you covered.
When should we book you?
As soon as possible! We book 1-2 years in advance so you'll want to make sure you secure your date with us. Remember, we only book one wedding/event per weekend. What secures the date? A signed contract and your 25% deposit.
What types of payment do you take?
We can do cash, check, or Venmo!

Why do I need a planner/coordinator?
We want you to completely enjoy your wedding day! We are here to take the stress off you and make your entire event go as smoothly as possible. We are your point of contact, not just the day of, but throughout the planning process as well. We can't wait to make your vision come to life!
